Rates are for one or two adults per room
Children are always welcome, though we have a "you break it, you buy it" policy due to the
heirloom quality furnishings, decorations, linens and other fine pieces used for the comfort of our
guest.
NO CLEANING FEE REQUIRED, THOUGH YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF
Rates are for maximum eight (8) people. {can sleep 8 (8) adults}
A $95.00 fee applies if you do not return all keys and passes.

*ALL HOUSE IN THE PINES VACATION HOME RESERVATIONS CANCELLED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF
ARRIVAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE FULL PAYMENT OF ONE NIGHT RESERVED (THE HIGHEST
PRICED NIGHT WILL BE CHARGED). Reducing the number of days of a stay is considered the same
as a cancellation and you will be subject to the same policy as stated above. Arrivals later than your
scheduled arrival date are considered a cancellation and monies will not be refundable unless the room
(s) is resold. Cancellation fees will still apply. Departure before your scheduled departure date is also
considered a cancellation and monies will not be refundable unless the room(s) is resold.

*We do realize people like to have a good time. BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1000.00 if the Sheriff is
called to the property for disturbance.
