Beautifully tucked into the pines at Forest Meadows Golf Course in Murphys, CA and only a short 5 miles West of downtown Murphys, CA
and 30 miles East of Bear Valley Ski Resort. This large Murphys vacation rental home has five bedrooms, a child's loft, and 2.5 baths.

On the main level you'll find a gourmet eat-in kitchen complete with all the amenities of today's modern kitchens including the eat-in
breakfast nook and a bar/prep area complete with an extra sink. In the living room there’s an additional dining table for large
groups/families, cable TV and a handsome wood stove, also on this main level is a half bath. Midway up the stairs is the double futon bed
artist studio with large patio doors that lead to a deck with two sets of stairs one leading to both the upper and lower decks outback and one
that leads to the front yard. A little further up the stairs is the play loft. At the top of the stairs is the master loft queen bedroom, a bathroom
with walk-in shower, and an additional queen bedroom with balcony that looks out onto the front yard. On the lower level are the laundry area
with washer and dryer, and two more large bedrooms both with twin beds and in-room vanities. Additionally these two rooms share a Jack-
n-Jill bathroom with a jetted Japanese soaking tub next two sliding doors with views out the lower deck and into the pines. The community
offers an eighteen hole golf course, two parks with tennis courts, swimming pools, child play areas, covered areas for entertaining and lots
of trails for hiking.
